Project 5
The philosophy of Project 5 is based on a profound sense of respect towards the environment where the Project is located, which is an area in Benahavis of 158,000 square metres, in which only 5% of them will be built on.
Benahavis is known for being one of the places with the most golf courses in the entire Costa del Sol, and it is also the richest municipality in Andalusia.
The Project is composed of 16 villas and 110 apartments. With each property, it is also included a special offer for the Marbella Golf Club.
As of now, the project is in its early stages and offers apartments with 3 to 4 bedrooms.
